Product Promotion Program
South Dakota Flavor!™ is a voluntary program to help identify products produced or processed in the State of South Dakota.
South Dakota Flavor!™ may be used by producers, processors, and anyone offering South Dakota Flavor!™ products that are South Dakota Flavor!™ participants as well. This may include retailers, local markets, etc.
Consumers can search for products that are from South Dakota and represent positive economic impact for their communities and the State of South Dakota.
Consumers can search for products that support agriculture or agriculture processing close to home.
South Dakota visitors can search for products that have a unique connection to the state.
Participants must continue to meet the guidelines as established by the South Dakota Department of Agriculture.
Participants may utilize the South Dakota Flavor!™ logos or phrases to directly identify only South Dakota Flavor!™ products at the point of sale or in media.
Alleged misuse of South Dakota Flavor!™ will be substantiated and corrective action taken to insure proper use of the program.
